10% surcharge added for "currency fluctuations"
We booked a St. Lucia holiday in Feb 2022 for Dec 2022. Booked early to lock in price. Notified by email on 23 August 2022 that they were adding 10% to price of holiday due to "currency fluctuations".
When challenged they said it was within their terms and we could not have our deposit back. What protection do we have from further increases ? None.
In all my 40 years of booking holidays, I have never experienced this. No other company I have ever travelled with, or am booked to travel with, has done this.
Use them at your risk.

Wonderful Customer service
Have booked a holiday to Dubai, due to my husband being ill I have had to made changes to our holiday. Today I spoke to Caroline who was absolutely brilliant, Caroline was so understanding and made everything so easy for me, I cannot thank her enough. She is an absolute diamond . Well done Letsgo2for employing people like Caroline. I am now looking forward to a much needed holiday

Terrible company making money from the Pandemic
One member of our party was unable to travel due to a positive pre departure PCR. We have had no help from this company what so ever, the only thing they can say is claim on your insurance. This is despite the fact that the airline have refunded the airfare and the hotel did not charge them for the room.
On contacting ABTA they could not help as this company has not been a member since Jan 21 despite the fact that they show the ABTA certification.

Really bad customer service
Really bad customer service. Having used this company to book three trips to Dubai in the past costing thousands of pounds, I called up asking for some recommendations for a trip early next year. The person on the phone couldn't have been less interested in anything I said and cane across as morose and rude. She promised to send me some options s and I've still heard nothing. When I emailed in to explain how disappointed I was, someone emailed me back, again with zero empathy and acknowledgement. Clearly the travel industry, and especially this company, can afford to turn business down at the moment. Avoid at all costs!

Unfortunately I can’t give zero stars. Made hotel only booking for September paid £300.00 deposit for the hotel which has decided not to Open until October. Requested a refund from let’s go 2 over a month ago and still not received. Legally obligated to refund within 14 days and they are just not responding. We booked our flights direct with BRitish Airways they refunded the same day I made the request. Well done BA great service.
We need to name and shame the travel agents because we will all remember in the future.
I had a holiday booked for june
I had a holiday booked for june. I was advised that if the holifay was cancelled that i wouod have to accept a voucher and would not get a full refund! I felt that had to cancel and lost my £300 deposit! Its come to light that i wouodve got a full refund and that i was lied to by them, Lisa in particular!

Used to be cheap - shop around
Used to be cheap - now gone expensive.
I used to use these as my preferred holiday supplier however they appear to now be extortionate in comparison to the new Dubai holiday sites. I even managed to save over £1.5k booking direct with BA on flight plus hotel compared to to this lot.
Lots of new websites out there offering some really good deals. Shame.

Let yourself go with letsgo2
Have gone through letsgo2 for our last two holidays to Ras al Khaimah. On each occasion adviser has been helpful and patient when giving and obtaining necessary details. Both hotels lived up to their billing and made for fabulous holidays.
Will definitely make letsgo2 our first port of call when considering our next holiday

Brilliant service and Customer support.
We had a death in the family and weren't able to make our holiday dates. Letsgo2 were great and their help and advise was brilliant. We got to go at a later date and had a excellent holiday.
Last 3 trips to the Emirates have been through LG2, their price and customer service is Impressive.
Perfect In Every Way
We are almost at the end of our multi centre trip to Malaysia and Dubai and have been extremely impressed with the organisation, personalised and communication from letsgo2. Caroline Moore organized our trip and was so patient with us changing our minds over destinations and dates all the time and ended up giving us a first class and reliable experience. Couldn't recommend highly enough.planning our next trip and will definitely be using letsgo2 again.

Amazing Honeymoon
Such a brilliant service from start to finish!! This was for our honeymoon and Peter was absolutely fantastic and went out of his way to help with anything we needed!! We are so grateful and have recommended the company to many friends and will defo be booking with you again!!
Just had s super holiday in Dubai
Just had s super holiday in Dubai. Everything went to plan and was very lovely. My only slight niggle was that I had to find out that the hotel pool was shut and it was Ramadan by reading the small print. I had several conversations concerning the booking team and no one mentioned this.
The holiday was fabulous anyway but it would have been nice to have known before I booked.
First class service
Great to book holiday quick and easy staff so helpful definitely use again to book holidays.Had a great holiday hotel was notified of special occasion so had a lovely bottle of wine and birthday cake waiting 5 star holiday to Dubai great holiday thanks to let’s go and there team.

Friendliest service I've found
Friendly service and when I called their office, they weren't 'too busy' to take my call.
They took the time to talk through everything with me on the phone and sent my email confirmations to me quickly.
Also, should note that their local rep (Hummingbird travel) in Male were wonderful!
I would use letsgo2 again!
The booking process was good until…
The booking process was good until there was a misunderstanding as to the package I was booking. I had club access but no club room which didn't make sense. I would say clarify all points at booking stage before paying as in my experience, they became quite shirty which is unacceptable in a customer service role.
